The Company Board consists directors, who are
the members of the Committee, plus the Chief Executive of the
Company (Marcus Yeo).
The Joint Committee has delegated to the
Company the operational delivery of the organisation and the Board
delegates this responsibility to the Chief Executive. The Company
Board meets annually (after the June Committee meeting) to approve
the annual accounts.
