Littlefield Consultancy offers a wide range of services for
Recorder 6 users, including the supply of the software,
customisation through addins, report writing, data transfer, and
training. We offer installation support, which can be tailored to
meet user needs, with assistance being provided evenings and
weekends where this is required.
The Consultancy has expertise and experience in the management of
Access databases, and interfacing with and reporting from them. It
is run by Mike Weideli, who has been involved in the development of
biological recording and reporting packages for over 10 years,
including supporting a large database for a national society.
Supply of Recorder 6
Recorder 6 standalone and network versions are supplied for £30
per copy. This does not include any support, but we will help with
queries on the installation process. Additional support
is available at a cost of £37 per hour. Customers requiring
more than one copy should enquire about the special rates available
for multiple copies.
We can also offer versions of Recorder set up to meet specific
requirement. These will be supplied on a memory stick. Typically
they will enable the user to start inputting data immediately after
installation without the need to set up the system. They can
also include customised XML reports. Prices start from
Upgrades for existing Recorder 2000/2002 users
who have LC (Littlefield Consultancy ) Site id’s will
be supplied at reduced rates. Please enquire for details.

customised on site training courses for a few individuals.
These courses would cover the customers specified needs rather than
the general working of Recorder. The rate for the courses is
£250 per day (6 hours) plus travelling and accommodation expenses
