Buying Recorder 6

 

Recorder 6 is supplied, not directly from the Joint Nature Conservation Commitee (JNCC), but through a number of JNCC approved Recorder experts. The cost of the software, for both network and standalone versions, ranges from £10 +VAT to £30 depending on the source and can be purchased with a range of levels of technical support to meet your requirements.

I supply copies of Recorder 6, standalone or network, for £30 each, the recommended retail price. This includes packing and postage but it does not include any support, although support is available. I am not VAT registered and hence can offer the software at prices excluding VAT. I dispatch copies by first class post on receipt of a cheque or order.

 

Littlefield Consultancy

Recorder 6 standalone and network versions are supplied for £30 per copy. This does not include any support, but we will help with queries on the installation process.   Additional support is available at a cost of £37 per hour.  Customers requiring more than one copy should enquire about the special rates available for multiple copies.  

 

We can also offer versions of Recorder set up to meet specific requirements. These will be supplied on a memory stick. Typically they will enable the user to start inputting data immediately after installation without the need to set up the system.  They can also include customised  XML reports.  Prices start from £40. 

 

Upgrades for existing Recorder 2000/2002  users  who  have LC (Littlefield Consultancy ) Site id’s  will be supplied at reduced rates.  Please enquire for details.

Standalone Licence

The cost of a standalone licence is £30.
This is the licence to install and run Recorder on a single computer. For the first month after purchase, Dorset Software provides unlimited fax and email installation support, plus a total of 30 minutes telephone support.
