Darwin
Initiative ( Defra UK) - Organisations based in
Overseas Territories are eligible to apply for Darwin Initiative
Funding. The Darwin Initiative also runs an
Overseas Territories
Challenge Fund which offers an opportunity for Overseas
Territories, either on their own or in partnership with
institutions from the metropolitan UK or other Overseas Territories
(including Crown Dependencies), to carry out longer-term and more
ambitious scoping projects, designed both to assess the likely
degree of success of a main project, and to carry out some pilot
implementation work as well

Environment Programme (DFID and FCO UK).
OTEP, is a joint programme of the Foreign and
Commonwealth Office and the Department for International
Development to support the implementation of the Environment
Charters and environmental management more generally in the UK
Overseas Territories.
Flagship Species fund: a joint initiative between the
UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and
Fauna & Flora International. Since 2009 the fund has developed
a particular focus on encouraging applicants from the UK Overseas
Territories.
