Conditions of use of material, data and/or information supplied by the JNCC Support Co., Sea Mammal Research Unit and Sea Watch Foundation

• 1.1 If you use any of the material, data and/or information made available to you by the JNCC Support Co., Sea Mammal Research Unit and Sea Watch Foundation, you do so subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• 1.2 Under these Terms & Conditions you are permitted to hold and view any material, data and/or information that the JNCC Support Co., Sea Mammal Research Unit and Sea Watch Foundation provide to you for your own private use or for use in the ordinary course of your business provided that use is in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• 1.3 The material, data and/or information will be solely for your own use. You must not copy, disseminate to third parties, deliberately compromise or otherwise infringe the confidentiality of such information without first obtaining written permission from the JNCC Support Co., Sea Mammal Research Unit and Sea Watch Foundation.
• 1.4 You must not use or attempt to use the material, data and/or information deliberately to damage the natural environment.
• 1.5 You may not make any financial profit from use of the material, data and/or information made available by the JNCC Support Co., Sea Mammal Research Unit and Sea Watch Foundation, or from any products you derive without first obtaining written permission from the JNCC Support Co., Sea Mammal Research Unit and Sea Watch Foundation.
• 1.6 You may not republish wholesale the material, data and/or information made available to you, or exploit it for commercial or academic research purposes without first obtaining written permission from the JNCC Support Co., Sea Mammal Research Unit and Sea Watch Foundation.
• 1.7 You must acknowledge the contribution of the JNCC Support Co., Sea Mammal Research Unit and Sea Watch Foundation in any derived information product or publication, whether printed, electronic or broadcast, that is based wholly or in part on the material, data and/or information they make available to you. One copy of each publication or unpublished report using the material, data and/or information provided should be supplied JNCC Support Co., Sea Mammal Research Unit and Sea Watch Foundation.
• 1.8 Any information product or publication that you make which contains any part of the material, data and/or information made available to you by the JNCC Support Co., Sea Mammal Research Unit and Sea Watch Foundation, must contain a statement that the JNCC Support Co., Sea Mammal Research Unit and Sea Watch Foundation bear no responsibility for any further analysis or interpretation of that material, data and/or information.
