The board meets once a year, board meetings
following on immediately after the June Committee
meetings.
In common with the Committee Meetings, Board Meetings are open
and members of the public are welcome to observe proceedings, by
appointment, with the exception of those occasions when
confidential issues are being discussed. Full details of

Board
papers are accessible here approximately one week before the
meeting date.
