Board of Directors of JNCC Support Co
JNCC’s Joint Committee delegates the delivery of much of its
work to its staff, who are employed by JNCC Support Co. The objects
of the company and its powers are set out in the Memorandum of
Association and its procedures are set out in the Articles of
Association and Standing Orders.
The Board of Directors is responsible for
ensuring the responsibilities delegated to the company by the Joint
Committee, and other responsibilities derived under company law,
are discharged effectively. The board consists of the 14 members of
the Joint Committee members and up to four executive Directors.
