Value for money
- When procuring goods and services JNCC endeavours to obtain
maximum value for money at all times.
Competitive process
- Wherever possible we ensure that goods and services with a
value more than £2,000 (threshold currently under review) are
acquired through a competitive process.
- Single tender contracts are subject to meeting certain criteria
before approval is granted.
- The use of framework agreements and Buying Solutions approved
suppliers to procure goods or services is encouraged.
- Framework agreements can be awarded for up to four years,
subject to a competitive process.
