Our performance
JNCC is accountable for its performance and use of resources
to the UK and Scottish Parliaments and the Welsh and Northern
Ireland Assemblies.
Priority performance measures are set
through agreement between Joint Committee and the Ministers of the
UK and devolved governments through JNCC’s Business Planning
process and we report against these in our Annual Report after the
year-end.
During the year, the Executive provides to the Company Board,
Defra and the Devolved Administrations quarterly reports on the
JNCC’s performance against its priority performance measures and
its financial position.
